Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 1-2 years of relevant admin experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills in English and -Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers at the counter, greet visitors, and answer basic enquiries
Handle customer orders, payments, billing, and basic after-sales follow-up
Manage general office administration, including filing, documentation, and data entry
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and office records
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/suppliers
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support HR and accounts with basic administrative tasks as needed
Ensure proper documentation and record--keeping in compliance with company policies
