Requirements

•  Mature, punctual, reliable and responsible

•  Valid Class D license with a clean driving record and good knowledge of KL roads

•  Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal/executive driver is preferred

•  Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin

•  Flexible hours; available for evening engagements and irregular working hours

•  Well-groomed, courteous and discreet (confidentiality is essential)

Company Vehicle Rules (to be observed on duty)

1. Use restriction — The vehicle is a company asset for the Director's transport and approved business use only; no personal use and no carrying of unauthorized passengers.

2. Parking — After working hours the vehicle is to be parked at [Director's residence / designated location]; it must not be taken to the driver's own residence without approval.

3. Fuel — Refuel using the company fuel card only; record daily mileage; expenses reimbursed against receipts.

4. Maintenance — Responsible for daily cleaning and checks, and for arranging servicing on schedule to keep the vehicle ready at all times.

5. Insurance & liability — The Company insures the vehicle and names the driver as the authorized driver; the driver must drive safely and obey traffic laws; fines/losses caused by violations, personal use or negligence are the driver's responsibility.

6. Tracking — The company vehicle is fitted with GPS; the driver acknowledges and consents to this.

7. Confidentiality — Strictly keep confidential all itineraries, conversations and business information learned on duty.

8. Breach — Any breach will be handled per the employment contract and company policy, up to dismissal for serious cases.

Responsibilities

•  Drive the Company Director for daily commute and business travel

•  Support evening business engagements, client meetings and dinners (late hours expected)

•  Run errands: purchasing, document delivery/collection, banking and government dealings

•  Maintain the vehicle — cleaning, refueling, servicing — keeping it ready at all times

•  Plan routes and monitor traffic to ensure punctual, safe and comfortable travel

Remuneration & Benefits

•  All-inclusive monthly salary of RM 4,300 (covering the irregular hours inherent to the role)
