Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful live stream sessions.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively to a live audience.

Demonstrated ability to engage with viewers in real-time, respond to comments and questions effectively, and foster a positive and interactive community during streams.

Strong sales acumen and a track record of driving sales conversions through live streaming platforms.

Familiarity with various live streaming platforms and e-commerce integrations, including understanding of technical aspects like lighting, audio, and camera setup.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing stream requirements and schedules.

Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with a diverse audience.

Must be able to work full-time onsite at Lot12, Pusat Komersial Equine, Jalan 1H Equine, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.

Host engaging and dynamic live streaming sessions to showcase products and promotions, ensuring a high level of audience interaction and participation.

Develop and execute creative content strategies for live streams, including scriptwriting, segment planning, and visual merchandising to maximize product appeal.

Build and nurture a strong online community by actively engaging with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and questions, and fostering a positive and interactive environment.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align live stream content with overall campaign objectives, product launches, and sales targets.

Analyze live stream performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future streaming strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce, live streaming technology, and social media to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of broadcasts.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits clearly and persuasively to drive sales and customer interest.
