Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
1–2 years of experience in IT Application Support
Familiar with Retail Management Software.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, and internet connectivity.
Experience with ticketing systems for logging and resolving IT issues.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Must possess own transportation and willing to travel when required (light travelling involved).

Responsibilities
Assist to perform monthly Retails System integration
Resolving daily technical troubleshooting in responding to ticket system raised and ensuring daily operation all Outlets POS System operation.
Provide assistant to IT Executive (POS Retails System Pos System) as and when required.
Act under the discretion of the superior or superior, especially in complex or critical situations.
