Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Minimum 1 year team management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience in KPI and performance management
- Excellent business presentation skills
- Familiar with Southeast Asian markets
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0
