• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT Application Support or a related field.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Experience in application troubleshooting and user support.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Must possess own transportation and willing to travel occasionally for on-site support.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 6:30PM)

• Maintaining and enhancing current online developed system.

• Backup and recovery for all the developed system online system (different versioning), databased table and all documentations changes.

• Assisting "IT System Programmer for any Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid properly structured, and is compatible with various browsers, devices, or operating systems.

• Provide assistant and technical support or guidance to cross- functional team members to ensure smooth operations as and when required.

• Act under the discretion of the supervisor or superior, especially in complex or critical situations
