Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in outlet, retail, or F&B management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Ensure proper inventory control, stock ordering, and stock management.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
