Job Description

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in any field.

• Fresh graduates who are keen to explore sales are encouraged to apply.

• Have a minimum 1 year of work experience in insurance and sales are added advantages.

• Highly sales driven mind-set and willing to travel within the region

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities, implement the Bancassurance strategic business and sales plans.

• Drive sales & business strategies for Commercial Banca & EGIB

• Maintain high percentage of renewal and negotiating renewal term with customer.

• Increase business growth, monitoring via EIS system report for each and every Business Centre/ Growth with Profit.
