Key Responsibilities

* Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and evolve robust microservice architectures for core business systems.
* Performance Optimization: Conduct deep tuning for databases, caches, and message queues to resolve bottlenecks in high-concurrency scenarios.
* Engineering Automation: Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable deployment and rapid iteration in Linux environments.
* Cross-Border Collaboration: Participate in technical reviews and daily communication with global teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* AI Efficiency Driving: Explore and practice AI-powered coding tools to boost code output efficiency and quality for yourself and the team.

Job Requirements

* Microservices Expert: Proficient in the Spring Boot / Cloud ecosystem; deeply understand service registries, load balancing, and distributed transaction mechanisms.
* Data & Messaging: Proficient in the usage and performance optimization of MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB; deeply understand Kafka architecture and tuning.
* SysOps & Tools: Familiar with Linux OS; skilled in using systemctl, netstat, and other command-line tools for troubleshooting and network analysis.
* CI/CD Pipeline: Hands-on experience with GitHub CI/CD (GitHub Actions), including building and maintaining automated development workflows.
* Language Skills: Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese (both verbal and written), comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* AI Native Developer: Familiar with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot / Codex, with a proven track record of integrating AI tools into daily workflows for refactoring or automation.
