* Able to understand layout drawing & elevation drawing.

* Required manner(s): Well Ability, Self Discipline, Responsibility.

* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

* Possess your own vehicle (Motorcycle / Car).

* Well-planning for schedule and work arrangement.

* Know to carry on-site measurements if required.

* Know how to do site demarcation and inspection forms.

* Able to work independently and solve any emergency.

* Willing OT & Outstation (if necessary).

* Good stamina to be able to site walk every day.

* Willing to learn new skills and challenge new things.

* Ability to work under pressure

* Prepare claim for every month (Demarcation and verify with workers/site pic work done)

* Site measurements need to be carried out for every site claim.

* Arrange tools and machinery mob and demob for every site started or end.

* Coordinate with site teams & suppliers if any machinery breakdown

* Attend weekly meetings (can answer client status of progress and planning to meet the deadline of client)

* ⁠Ensure site/workers are fulfilling safety requirements by Niosh

* ⁠Site inspections with clients/workers to ensure they can meet the quality and progress required.

* ⁠Ensure no obstruction of work before work is carried on

* ⁠Prepare RFWI/ RFI and PTW
