Requirements
Language: Fluent in Mandarin (must operate Mandarin software system), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized, capable of handling multiple coordination tasks.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics or trading is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
• Logistics Coordination: Receive logistics documents from HQ, liaise with local forwarders to track customs clearance, and coordinate with haulers for delivery.
• System Operations: Operate the company's internal Mandarin-based system to input data and update cargo tracking information.
• Customer Engagement: Confirm delivery details with local customers and provide timely updates on shipment status.
