Full Time Demi Chef | Kota Kemuning Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in The Komunal Cafe Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality food in accordance with the café's recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
• Manage assigned kitchen duties efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Monitor food preparation and storage to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
• Support, mentor, and work closely with junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the kitchen.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in Western cuisine.
• Hands-on experience in preparing Western dishes; knowledge of pizza or pastry preparation is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and quality control standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
