Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock, including ordering and receiving goods.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
