Job Requirements：

• Minimum Diploma in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payment, E-Wallet, or Financial Services is preferred.

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.

• Immediate availability is an advantage

• Understand and resolve customer issues by providing timely support and effective solutions.

• Identify customer needs and communicate insights to relevant internal teams.

• Handle service incidents and coordinate with teams to minimize customer impact.

• Analyze customer account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
