We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leading and managing construction crews, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction crews, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring they work safely and efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications, translating them into clear instructions for your team.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues promptly and proactively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring materials and deliveries arrive on time and within budget.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, documenting progress, risks, and key information.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
