Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply; 1 year of experience is an advantage.
Must have hands-on experience in quantity taking-off and measurements for structural elements.
Knowledge in progress claims, variation orders, tendering, and cost estimation is a plus.
Responsibilities
Handle taking-off quantities and measurements from drawings and site works, mainly for structural elements.
Prepare and manage progress claims and variation orders for both subcontractors and clients.
Assist in subcontractor price analysis, tender analysis, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation (pre & post tender).
Verify site progress, measurements, and subcontractor claims with project/site teams.
