Sepenuh Masa Quality Control （QC） Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Molicc System Sdn Bhd Ulu Yam - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years' experience in quality control/quality assurance, preferably in door manufacturing, metal fabrication, joinery, or building materials

Ability to identify, document, and drive corrective action for NCRs (non-conformance reports)

Comfortable using basic inspection tools/gauges (calipers, thickness gauges, etc.) relevant to door panel/frame dimensions and fire-core specifications

Good documentation skills — maintaining QC checklists, inspection records, and traceability logs

Able to work cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, and Sales on quality issues and customer complaints

Basic data/reporting skills

Willing to be based in Batang Kali, Selangor

Conduct incoming quality inspection (IQC) on raw materials (timber, fire-rated core material, hardware, hinges, laminates) against approved specifications

Perform in-process quality checks (IPQC) at key production stages to catch defects early and reduce rework

Carry out final/outgoing quality inspection (OQC/FQC) before doors are packed and delivered, ensuring compliance with BOMBA fire-rating requirements (FD30/FD60/FD90)

Verify that finished products match approved drawings, BOQ specifications, and customer order requirements

Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and follow up with Production to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented

Maintain accurate QC records, inspection checklists, and traceability logs for audit and certification purposes

Support internal and external audits (e.g. BOMBA certification renewal, ISO surveillance audits)

Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and coordinate root-cause analysis with Production and Sales

Monitor rejection/defect rates and report trends to Production Manager and management

Train production operators on basic quality standards and inspection points where needed

Prepare daily/weekly QC reports for management review
