Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related studies.

  • Open to fresh graduates, with structured guidance and on-the-job training provided.

  • Those with min 1 year of project management experience in related field & Experienced in handling multiple projects is a plus.

  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Responsibilities

  • Take over awarded projects from tender/sales team and drive full project execution lifecycle.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope of work, schedules, submission timelines, and material lead times.

  • Prepare and manage document and material submissions, ensuring timely approvals from customers.

  • Review and coordinate engineering drawings and technical documentation.

  • Plan procurement by raising purchase requisitions and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Coordinate site activities with internal teams (e.g., Superintendent, Construction Manager) covering installation, testing, and commissioning.

  • Track project progress, maintain schedules, and prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Manage client communications, including meetings, reporting, and expectation management.

  • Monitor project costs and ensure delivery within approved budget.

  • Handle change management (e.g., RFIs, variation orders) and maintain proper documentation.

  • Prepare and follow up on progress claims and billing milestones.

  • Support testing activities (e.g., FAT), site inspections, and project handover processes.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project
