Assist in the execution of preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment, to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Support the maintenance team in diagnosing and repairing common building system issues, such as leaks, electrical faults, and HVAC malfunctions, under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Participate in routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential hazards, safety violations, or areas requiring repair, documenting findings and reporting them to the supervisor.

Gain hands-on experience in operating and monitoring building management systems (BMS) to understand energy consumption, environmental controls, and system performance.

Learn and adhere to all hotel safety procedures and regulations, including lockout/tagout, working at heights, and chemical handling, ensuring a safe working environment for staff and guests.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent, contributing to the efficiency of the maintenance department.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to address maintenance requests promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless hotel operations.

Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of all hotel building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, under the guidance of senior maintenance staff.
