Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Relevant certifications preferred (AWS, Google Cloud)

Intermediate understanding of CDN, DNS, HTTP, Web Security, OSI, TCP/IP

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting tools

Experience opening/managing technical support cases with vendors

Proven track record with Cloudflare services (required)

Experience with AWS, GCP, Aliyun, Tencent Cloud, or Huawei Cloud (highly preferred)

Experience architecting/building web or mobile application services end-to-end (highly preferred)

Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

Act as primary point of contact and owner for assigned customer accounts

Drive customer satisfaction through technical support and advisory services

Identify customer pain points and upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Product teams

Educate customers on product features, best practices, and configurations

Help customers understand end-to-end application flow (end user to origin server)

Resolve complex technical issues in a timely, accurate manner

Perform Level 1 triage for incidents and service requests

Coordinate across cross-functional teams for rapid problem resolution

Available for on-call support during assigned shifts, flexible/rotating hours

Support remote work setup
