Full Time Site Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in Akazie Construction Sdn Bhd Setapak - Maukerja

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Monitor work quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment utilization.

Ensure site works comply with safety regulations, CIDB requirements, and company safety policies.

Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings.

Inspect completed works and rectify defects before consultant or client inspections.

Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Resolve technical and construction issues on site promptly.

Verify subcontractors' work progress and assist in progress claim evaluations.

Maintain proper site documentation, including inspection records, RFIs, method statements, and as-built drawings.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in building construction or infrastructure projects (fresh graduates with strong learning attitude may also be considered for Junior Site Engineer positions).

Good knowledge of Malaysian construction practices, CIDB requirements, and local authority regulations.

Able to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera is an advantage).

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under tight project deadlines.

Possess a valid Class D driving licence and willing to travel between project sites.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage
