Sepenuh Masa Project Manger (General Construction) Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Dominant Technologies & Supply (M) Sdn Bhd Damansara Jaya - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Track project costs, manage budgets, and prepare financial forecasts and progress reports.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental regulations, building codes, and industry standards across project sites.
• Manage, supervise, and provide leadership to project teams and site personnel, including performance monitoring and development.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits to ensure construction activities meet required standards.
• Review and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, drawings, records, and project correspondence.
• Identify potential project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution of challenges.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and design teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are achieved.

Requirements

• Experience in construction project management, preferably within the Malaysian construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, building regulations, and safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and site operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
