About the Role

We are the Malaysia team of a Singapore-headquartered AI technology group. Your core mission is software marketing design — creating bold, visually striking creative for our AI products: ad creatives, social media visuals, landing page graphics, app store assets and campaign key visuals. We want work with real visual tension and expressive power, not safe template design. You will also shoot photography yourself — people/portraits, restaurant dishes and fresh produce — and turn your own shots into polished, premium posters for our F&B and lifestyle brand clients. Design plus photography in one role: you create the raw material and craft the final visual.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Photography preferred).

• 5+ years of graphic/advertising design experience; software or tech product marketing design experience strongly preferred.

• A portfolio that shows creativity and visual tension — striking key visuals, expressive typography and composition, not just clean corporate work.

• Proven commercial photography skills: people/portraits, food/dishes and fresh produce, with finished poster work built from your own shots (must be shown in portfolio).

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom; Figma and basic motion design (After Effects) a plus.

• Comfortable with camera and lighting equipment; able to run a small shoot independently.

• Bilingual English + Mandarin strongly preferred (we produce bilingual creative for global and Chinese-speaking markets); Bahasa Malaysia a plus.

• Experience with AI design/image tools is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Own software marketing design: ad creatives, social media visuals, landing page and app store graphics, and campaign key visuals for our AI products.

• Develop creative concepts with strong visual impact — layouts, typography and color that stand out in feeds and convert.

• Shoot commercial photography: people/portraits, restaurant dishes and fresh produce (studio and on-location), including lighting and styling.

• Design and produce premium posters and promotional materials from your own photography for F&B and lifestyle brand clients.

• Maintain brand visual consistency across all touchpoints; contribute to and follow brand guidelines.

• Use AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, generative fill) to expand creative options and speed up production — we are an AI company and expect you to work like one.

• Collaborate closely with the video and marketing team on integrated campaigns.
