Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Malay (both spoken and written). Ability to present and negotiate in all three languages.

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in education, hospitality, or F&B sectors.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong digital marketing acumen and social media savvy.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel for events and meetings.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibility:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet enrolment targets for the Diploma in Baking & Patisserie program.

• Conduct sales consultations, follow-ups, and campus tours for prospective students and their parents.

• Manage and nurture leads through the entire sales funnel via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.

• Create engaging marketing content (in English, Chinese, and Malay) for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu), websites, and promotional materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational agents, and industry partners.

• Represent the academy at education fairs, roadshows, and community events.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategy adjustment.

• Handle student inquiries professionally and provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment process.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM system.
