Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in livestream hosting, sales, or a customer-facing role.

• Experience in fashion accessories, watches, crystals, or jade is an advantage.

• Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce livestream platforms.

• Confident speaking in front of a camera.

• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Passionate about serving people and creating meaningful customer experiences.

• Experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with the right attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the commitment to grow.

• Create meaningful livestream experiences that educate, inspire, and help customers make confident purchasing decisions.

• Connect with customers through engaging, authentic, and interactive live sessions.

• Recommend products with sincerity, professionalism, and genuine care for customer needs.

• Continuously improve your communication, sales, and livestreaming skills through training, practice, and feedback.

• Work closely with teammates to plan campaigns, share ideas, and support each other's success.

• Build trust with our online community by creating positive customer experiences.

• Review your livestream performance, reflect on what can be improved, and strive to become better every day.

• Continuously learn about our products, customer psychology, and industry trends to provide greater value.
