Sepenuh Masa Assistant Finance Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 10,000 in Metalmach Micro Technology Sdn Bhd Seremban - Maukerja

Minimum 6-10 years of relevant working experience.

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Major in Accounting) or Professional Qualifications in Accountancy or equivalent (MIA, MICPA, ACCA, or CPA Australia).

Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with clients from China.

Knowledge of accounting software (SQL & AutoCount) is an added advantage.

Knowledge of MFRS and GAAP is an added advantage.

Knowledge of financial consolidation is an added advantage.

Possess a strong willingness to learn, and be hardworking and responsible.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Willing to travel to government offices and clients' offices.

Prepare and present financial reports for management meetings.

Work with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and monitor profit and loss performance by business unit and on a consolidated basis.

Develop solutions to financial challenges by applying financial and treasury knowledge.

Liaise with other departments and business units on financial matters.

Provide financial advice that impacts the company's overall operations.

Supervise and guide junior team members.

Prepare financial reports and statutory submissions to relevant government authorities.

Coordinate financial audits and reviews as required.

Recommend and maintain finance policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls within the Finance Department.
