Minimum SPM or 'O' Level qualification required.

Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in a Site Supervisor role, preferably within the construction or building industry.

Demonstrated ability in site supervision, including overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to project schedules.

Strong understanding of construction management principles and best practices.

Experience in project coordination, liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Proficiency in quality control procedures and ensuring work meets specified standards.

Knowledge of safety management protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address site issues effectively and efficiently.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and team coordination.

Ability to write comprehensive site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate communication on site.

Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.

Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.

Monitor the quality of work performed by subcontractors and direct labor, ensuring compliance with specifications and building codes.

Maintain accurate daily site logs, including progress reports, material usage, and any incidents or issues encountered.

Identify potential site issues and proactively develop and implement solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Ensure all site activities comply with relevant environmental regulations and company policies.

Manage and supervise on-site personnel, providing clear direction and support to achieve project objectives.

Conduct regular site walks to assess progress, identify potential hazards, and ensure adherence to the construction plan.

Liaise with clients or their representatives to provide updates on site progress and address any concerns.
