Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Corporate Sales, preferably in Training, Event Management, Consulting, or Education industries.

Good working knowledge of HRD Corp (HRDF) mechanisms, including grant applications, course registration, and claim procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits and training venue inspections.

Existing network with corporate HR managers or L&D professionals is an added advantage.

Experience in professional course operations such as CIDB CCD points or Medical CPD systems is an added advantage.

Identify, approach, and close B2B corporate clients for in-house and public training programs.

Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, L&D teams, and corporate decision-makers.

Research market demands and develop new training programs and course offerings.

Oversee daily operations of the training provider to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

Manage trainer recruitment, evaluation, and coordination for course development.

Coordinate with trainers to prepare course outlines, materials, and training requirements.

Handle HRD Corp-related processes including course submissions, grant applications, and claim procedures.

Monitor training performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Work closely with the Managing Director on business strategies and company growth plans.
