Full Time Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in BAYU BEACH RESORT PORT DICKSON Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the resort's rooms, banquet facilities, meeting packages, and other hotel services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, government agencies, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals, and sales reports.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and hotel site inspections.
• Represent the resort at sales events, roadshows, and networking activities.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
