Job Requirement :

1. Diploma in Electrical engineering or equivalent

2. Preferably 2- 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment

3. Mature, independent and reliable

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software

5. Must be willing to work at Kajang Sungai Chua

6. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Scope:

1. To plan for the instrumentation preventive maintenance job list.

2. To carry out, lead and monitor plan shut maintenance or improvement jobs.

3. To highlight the potential or repeated problem to superior.

4. To study and improve the installation, function, programme and life time of Instrumentation.

5. To carry out the training progress for instrument crew.

6. To establish SOP of instrumentation installation, handling, troubleshooting and operating.

7. To check and record daily activity in the log book.

8. To issue job requisition (JR) and purchase requisition (PR) forms to related department.

9. To check and sign for the daily, monthly and yearly checklist and maintenance record.

10. To carry out and monitor any instrumentation installation projects.

11. To do routine work in new and existing mills.

12. To troubleshoot or service on instrumentation machine or part such as :

a) DCS, QCS, ABB Drive and PLC programme.

b) Solenoid, actuator, valve, cylinder, limit switch and positional.

c) Sensor, transmitter, auto guide, detector and controller.

d) Air compressor and dryer.

e) Scanner and chiller.

f) Filter regulator, auto drain and mist filter.

g) Shower oscillator.

13. To prepare or arrange plan shut material and co-ordinate with contractor.

14. To attend general or monthly plan shut meeting.

15. To control and check instrument spare parts.

16. To give morning briefing to instrument crew.

17. To record any activity or abnormality problems in the log book.
