Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Responsible, patient, empathetic, and willing to learn.

• Comfortable interacting with students, parents, and school representatives.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media.

• Interest in student development, career guidance, counselling, or education services.

• No prior working experience is required; training will be provided.

Job Scope

• Assist education counsellors in conducting student profiling and needs assessments.

• Support students in exploring their interests, personalities, strengths, and suitable career pathways.

• Assist with personality and career assessments, such as MBTI and Holland Code (RIASEC).

• Help prepare assessment materials, questionnaires, reports, and student profiles.

• Conduct follow-ups with students regarding assessment results and counselling appointments.

• Provide administrative support for student counselling and university application processes.

• Assist in organising school talks, career workshops, education fairs, and student engagement activities.

• Support the preparation of psychology, career guidance, and mental wellness content for social media.

• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
