Job Description

Requirements

  • Experience in engineering, technical, commercial, or marketing roles within the construction industry.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Marketing, Hydropower, or related fields.

  • Knowledge of soft soil foundation treatment, project bidding processes, and construction practices.

  • Strong business development, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Existing key client network is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Director in developing and implementing the company's marketing strategies.

  • Develop new business opportunities in the infrastructure and geotechnical engineering sectors.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients while monitoring industry trends.

  • Support project payment collection and collaborate with the Marketing Director to achieve business targets.
