Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance market.

Develop and implement pricing strategies for insurance products.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to inform pricing decisions.

Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and product development teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Prepare pricing reports and presentations for management.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to pricing.

Assist in the development of pricing models and tools.
