Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Previous sales or retail experience will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-service oriented.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours.

Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu, and/or Mandarin is preferred.

Greet and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

Demonstrate and explain product features, designs, and craftsmanship to customers.

Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain store presentation and uphold the company’s premium brand image.

Build lasting customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
