Job Title: Site Supervisor
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor with 3–5 years of proven experience in construction site supervision. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce allocation.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, attendance, and work logs.
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate project updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials to minimize waste and control costs.
- Participate in site meetings and collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Verify completed work before handover and ensure all punch-list items are addressed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Safety certification (e.g., OSHA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
