Full Time Planning Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Starec Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

3-4 years' experience in production planning or manufacturing operations, preferably at supervisory level.

Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, MRP, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and manufacturing best practices.

Lead and supervise the Production Planning & Control team to ensure smooth production planning and operations.

Develop and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams to optimize production.

Monitor production performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.

Plan material requirements and ensure timely availability of raw materials.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, QMS, EMS, and workplace safety requirements.

Conduct team training, performance evaluation, and other assigned duties.
