Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Finance Manager

• Assist the Financial Controller in day-to-day finance operations and departmental initiatives.

• Handle full set of accounts, including monthly closing activities.

• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analysis for management review.

• Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning exercises.

• Manage and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and support treasury-related tasks.

• Contribute to the improvement and documentation of finance processes and internal controls.

• Assist in system-related tasks, including data verification and process enhancements.

• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects related to the finance department.

• E-Invoicing and SST: Prior experience with Malaysia e-Invoicing requirements and SST compliance will be an added advantage.
