Ability to work effectively within a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the production demands.

Possess a Secondary School Certificate, SPM, or 'O' Level qualification, demonstrating a foundational level of education.

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a similar role.

Proficiency in operating production machinery and equipment, with a strong understanding of assembly processes.

Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom protocols is advantageous.

Ability to follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines meticulously.

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and performing repetitive motions.

A proactive attitude towards quality control and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.

Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and adapt to new processes and technologies as they are introduced.

Ability to communicate, understand instructions, and read safety labels.

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and safe production of goods.

Perform routine quality checks on products, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from quality standards to supervisors.

Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety regulations.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries.

Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics, using designated systems or logs.
