1. Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Supervise receiving, storage and issuing of materials.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping and organization.
• Monitor warehouse manpower allocation

2. Warehouse Planning

• Plan warehouse storage allocation.
• Monitor warehouse space utilisation.
• Coordinate FIFO implementation.
• Plan material movement
• Coordinate stock counts
• Review slow-moving and ageing inventory.
• Monitor minimum stock, safety stock and reorder point (when implemented).

4. Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate picking, packing and loading.
• Verify shipment preparation before release.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Planning and Administration.

5. Warehouse System Management

• Ensure AutoCount transactions are updated accurately.
• Monitor barcode scanning implementation.
• Maintain warehouse location accuracy.
• Support warehouse system improvements.

6. KPI & Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs.
• Report operational issues and recommend improvements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
