Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or above (preferably in mechanical, industrial engineering, supply chain management or other manufacturing related majors)

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Possess good production management, quality control, and scheduling coordination capabilities

Good communication skills and team spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure

Possess strong learning ability, willing to start from the junior staff and quickly grow into production management talents

Willing to work at PRAI and possess own transportation

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with clients.

Assist in the daily management of the production line/supply chain to ensure the smooth operation of the process

Participate in the execution and implementation of production plans and rationally allocate production resources

Supervise production quality, ensure products meet quality standards, and resolve quality issues in a timely manner

Responsible for personnel scheduling during the production process, and assist in solving technical and management problems encountered in production

Participate in the maintenance and optimization of production equipment to improve production efficiency and safety

Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
