Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production output and identify any deviations from the expected schedule or quality specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished products, identifying and segregating defective items.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
