Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience in export sales or international business development.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other relevant foreign language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand export sales in designated international markets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential clients and distributors abroad.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand international trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective overseas clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions with international buyers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
