Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident

Available to commit for the entire event period (2–4 October 2026).

Physically and mentally fit, with the ability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.

Passionate about motorsports or large-scale sporting event management.

Preference may be given to applicants with previous volunteer experience at SIC or similar major events.

Guest Services

• Welcome and assist spectators, guests, and event participants upon arrival.
• Provide directions, event information, and general assistance to both local and international visitors.
• Ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable event experience by responding to inquiries professionally.

Crowd Control

• Assist in managing the safe and orderly movement of spectators throughout the venue.
• Guide visitors in high-traffic areas such as grandstands, commercial zones, and main entrances.
• Support event security teams by maintaining crowd flow and reporting any safety concerns.

Logistics Support

• Assist with behind-the-scenes event operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Support light technical and operational logistics, including equipment handling and venue setup.
• Help coordinate the needs of event crews and operational teams during the race weekend.

Accreditation

• Assist with volunteer, staff, media, and official registration processes.
• Verify documents and support the distribution of accreditation passes and security credentials.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping while maintaining a smooth and efficient check-in process.
