Provide sales and administrative coordination support to the team.

Handle and follow up on client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email.

Coordinate appointments, meetings and other client-related arrangements.

Maintain accurate client records, documents and correspondence.

Assist with sales follow-ups and general administrative duties.

Communicate and coordinate with internal team members and clients.

Accompany lawyers to client meetings when required.

Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
