Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis and/or UX Analysis experience.

• Experience in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

• Experience using tools such as: Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence.

Additional Details:

• Salary Range: Up to RM9,000/month.

• Contract Duration: 12 Months (with potential of extension/conversion).

• Location: Jalan Tun Sambathan, Kuala Lumpur.

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 40 hours spread over 5 working days.

We are seeking a highly motivated UI/UX Business Analyst to bridge business needs, user experience design, and AI-driven solutions within our client's AI Factory Squad. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Developers to design intuitive, user-centric digital solutions powered by AI technologies. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences while ensuring AI capabilities are seamlessly integrated into customer and employee journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify AI-enabled opportunities.

• Develop process maps, use cases, customer journey maps, and business workflows.

• Act as the liaison between business teams and delivery squads. UI/UX Analysis & Design.

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability assessments.

• Create personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Perform usability testing and continuously refine designs based on feedback.

2. AI Solution Enablement

• Define AI interaction requirements, conversational flows, and user expectations.

• Support AI solution design with considerations for explainability, transparency, trust, and adoption.

• Partner with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to translate AI capabilities into business value.

3. Agile Delivery

• Define and manage product backlogs and user stories.

• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
