Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics- freight forwarder industry.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Promote the company's advertising and marketing solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

Follow up on enquiries and negotiate with clients to close sales.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.

Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
