• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within the logistics, warehousing or trading sector; candidates with inbound, inventory or outbound operational backgrounds are all welcome.

• Mandatory language competency: Fluent conversational Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with company management and multi-national warehouse workforce.

• Well-versed in standard warehouse workflows, with practical experience operating WMS and ERP inventory management systems.

• Demonstrated team leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

• Local citizen with valid full local working rights.

Job Overview

We are recruiting multiple Warehouse Operation Supervisors. Candidates will be assigned to one of our three core warehouse departments based on their relevant professional experience:

1.Inbound (Receiving) Supervisor

2.Inventory Control Supervisor

3.Outbound (Dispatch) Supervisor

Each supervisor will lead an independent warehouse team and report directly to the company management team.

• Lead, schedule and supervise warehouse team members; monitor daily attendance, staff performance and arrange shift rosters accordingly.

• Conduct regular on-site training to standardise warehouse SOPs, boost team productivity and minimise operational errors.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.

• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, and ensure full compliance with workplace safety policies.

• Resolve cross-departmental issues, handle staff grievances and manage day-to-day employee relations matters.

• Coordinate all routine HR administrative work for team subordinates.

Specific Department Tasks (Assignment determined by candidate’s work background)

• Inbound / Receiving Department Oversee container unloading, goods inspection, quantity validation, sorting and racking of incoming inventory. Verify shipping documentation and inspect product condition to prevent stock loss or damage during receiving operations

• Inventory Control Department Carry out daily spot checks, weekly cycle counts and monthly full stock audits. Reconcile physical stock levels against WMS/ERP system records, investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions. Enforce FIFO stock storage rules, log damaged and expired goods, and update inventory data in a timely manner.

• Outbound / Dispatch Department Manage the full order fulfilment cycle, including order picking, quality checks, packaging and labelling. Liaise with courier partners to coordinate daily parcel collection and delivery schedules. Maintain high packing accuracy, reduce order error and return rates, and track all outbound operational KPIs.
