Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead showroom operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience within a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and achieve sales targets
• Manage relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and contractors
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and optimize sales performance
• Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities
• Oversee showroom presentation and customer experience
• Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience
• Experience in high-end retail, tiles, furniture, or luxury products preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for customer service and team development

Working Details

• 5 working days per week (Sunday Off)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
