•⁠  ⁠Follow up and manage enquiries generated by the company.•⁠  ⁠Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable recommendations.•⁠  ⁠Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.•⁠  ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, tenants, investors, and business owners.•⁠  ⁠Negotiate rental and sale terms between property owners and clients.•⁠  ⁠Assist clients throughout the transaction process until deal closure.•⁠  ⁠Update customer records and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.•⁠  ⁠Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

•⁠  ⁠Good communication and negotiation skills.•⁠  ⁠Self-motivated and result-oriented.•⁠  ⁠Possess own transport and own laptop•⁠  ⁠Experience in property sales is an advantage.•⁠  ⁠Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
