Fresh graduates are welcome.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Event Management, or related field is an advantage.

Experience in events, logistics, warehouse, or operations is an advantage.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Comfortable working in warehouse and event environments.

Willing to travel for events, work weekends and public holidays when events require.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Coordinate daily operations and schedules.

Prepare rental machine equipment before setup.

Coordinate with logistics for setup and dismantling of machines.

Liaise with Sales, drivers, and clients for smooth project setups.

Ensure rental machines are complete, clean, and working properly.

Maintain inventory and equipment movement records.

Handle operational issues and support onsite when required.
